2. PrimeTel Services are not offered separately, but through our PrimeHome Package. For upgrade cancellations, the subscriber has to provide us with a written notice, one month in advance. This applies to all Telephony, Internet and Television upgrades.

3. For additional subscription channels LTV and ALFA, there is a €68,77 (£40,25) reconnection fee for customers who wish to cancel and then reapply for this specific upgrade.
